STONESHIELD H2O SEAL & SHINE is a superior quality, natural look, non-yellowing water based resin sealer that provides a protective surface shine, good stain resistance and ease of cleaning. Seals and shines in one step.

Uses:
· Suitable on limestone, sandstone, slate, quartzite, cement tiles, terracotta, terrazzo and oxided concrete
Coverage:
Approx. 15 m2 per litre per coat depending on porosity, surface texture, temperature and method of application. Minimum of 2 coats required.
Expected wear:
Will vary depending on texture, hardness of surface, area, traffic, maintenance, weather and use of aggressive cleaners. Expected wear - up to 3 years.
Method of application:
Allow tile to dry for at least 8 hours after washing prior to sealing. Test on a small area first to ensure suitability and desired result. Surface must be clean, dry and free of sealers, waxes and grout residue. Apply thin even coats of sealer in one direction, using a lambswool applicator, mop or sponge. Do not allow pooling or bubbles to form.
Cure Times:
Allow 2 hours between coats. Foot Traffic after 4 hours. Do not apply externally if rain is expected within 8 hours. Full cure in 24 hours.
Test:
After 2 hours apply water droplets to 1 tile, if water is absorbed, apply additional coats. A consistent even shine is required.
Maintenance:
Only use STONESHIELD DAILY-CLEAN to prolong life of sealer. Re-apply STONESHIELD H2O SEAL & SHINE if signs of wear occur. STONESHIELD PROTECT & SHINE may be applied as a protective maintenance polish internally.
Limitations:
Not recommended where slippery conditions may occur, (e.g. Pools and Showers). Do not apply to hot or wet tiles. Allow 7 days after laying with quality tile adhesive before sealing. Do not wet tiles for at least 24 hours after sealing. Store and use between 16° C and 32° C only.
Precautions:
Ensure good ventilation. Avoid skin and eye contact. Wear goggles, gloves and suitable protective clothing when necessary. Keep out of reach of children and pets and store away from other chemicals. Do not allow contact with other sensitive surfaces.
